Homogenizers
Maintenance, overhaul and spare parts for high-pressure homogenizers.
What we do for Homogenizers
Plant-level, with 30+ years of field and workshop experience.
Homogenizers are built from two main blocks driven by a crank system: a pump block that compresses the product under high pressure, and a homogenizing head that drives dispersed particles down to micron size. The heaviest load falls on the high-pressure pistons, valves, and homogenizing head, as these wear, pressure and homogenizing quality drop.
Regardless of brand or model, we strip the high-pressure block and homogenizing head of your homogenizers and renew the worn pistons, valves, and sealing elements. We take on the coating, spare parts, automation, and overhaul from a single hand.
What we provide
From teardown to commissioning, from a single hand.
