Malaxers slowly knead the crushed olive paste at a controlled temperature so the oil droplets coalesce, the critical stage that sets yield before the decanter. Because the mixing scrolls, shaft bearings, and the hot-water jacket run continuously in paste, they wear and foul.
We strip and inspect the mixing scrolls and shaft, renew worn parts, and overhaul the heating jacket and sealing. A pre-season overhaul gets your malaxer ready for harvest, and we supply spare parts whatever the brand.
