Separators are centrifuges that split liquids of different densities and pull fine solids out at high speed. The heart of the machine is the disc stack inside the bowl; spinning at thousands of rpm, those discs, the distributor, and the bowl wear over time, lose their balance, and separation efficiency drops. For over 30 years we have stripped these machines apart regardless of brand, measured the wear, and brought them back to first-day separation performance.
We inspect the disc stack and bowl piece by piece, coat the worn surfaces, renew the sealing elements, and rebalance the bowl. We keep the critical spare parts in stock and either overhaul in our workshop around your scheduled shutdowns or step in on-site 24/7 when you need us.
